Do you create custom packages?

Trinity Designs believe every business is different and we aim to provide the best possible solutions.

We will happily tailor a package for your business utilising elements from all of our services. This helps us keep you the customer happy and it saves you money in the long run

What if i want to see a proposal?

Not sure whether we are the right business for your needs. We will gladly sit down with you to discuss your needs. Providing mockups and samples for your approval at no charge as part of our free Initial consultation process.

What about e-commerce?

Trinity designs is more then happy to look at E-commerce solutions for your business site. Please note that these solutions can be very expensive to implement and maintain.

What about payment plans?

We understand that websites are expensive in the current financial climate. We are happy to discuss payment terms and plans providing a minimum of 50% of the total bill is payed up front. However we reserve the right to holdback the release of your products pending payment in full.

What are the payment methods?

We accept cheque, direct bank deposit and paypal transfers. Credit card payment via paypal can be arranged.

What if I'm not an Australian Business?

We are more then happy to work on international projects however the following conditions must be met:

  • Payment in Australian Dollars
  • All communication costs will be billed for
  • Website must meet legal requirements under Australian laws
  • Payment must be 50% up front balance finalised prior to release of products.

Are there any hidden costs?

No you will be advised of any additional costs that may be involved at time of ordering. Before any of these costs are added to your account we will contact you for authorisation. Additional costs will require payment up front.

How does the design process work?

Our design process is as follows:

1. Initial consultation and ordering.
2. Work commences based on 50% deposit.
3. You provide all information.
4. We come up with an initial design.
5. Approval of design by you.
6. Begin adding your content.
7. Progressive viewing of your product provided.
8. Final approval.
9. Complete payment.
10. Product provided in full.
